The Ideal Candidate:

A flexible, team-oriented teacher who thrives in a dynamic SEN environment

Confident supporting students with a variety of needs, including PMLD, ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and Dyspraxia

Understands the impact of adverse childhood experiences and builds strong, trusting, therapeutic relationships

Calm, resilient, and skilled at differentiating and adapting lessons to suit individual learning styles

Brings humour, compassion, and creativity to the classroom

What You'll Be Doing:

Teaching core subjects (e.g. English, Maths, PSHE) to small, well-supported classes

Using active and creative strategies, including sports or movement-based learning

Collaborating with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders to meet EHCP goals

Fostering a safe, nurturing school culture that puts student wellbeing first
