Nursery Practitioner - Redbridge - January (or sooner)

Working Hours: 8am-5pm or 9am-5pm (Monday - Friday)

Unity Education is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive and friendly Nursery in Redbridge, on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join as the nursery is expanding and opportunities for progression will be available.

Key Responsibilities - Nursery Practitioner

As the new Nursery practitioner, you will be required to help plan and deliver engaging learning activities, catering to the abilities of the students
Create a safe, nurturing and positive environment
Maintain smooth daily routines, encouraging positive play, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care
Be an effective key person
Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery

Key Requirements - Nursery Practitioner

The successful Nursery practitioner will hold the relevant qualifications in Early Years
Hold a Level 3 in Early Years (CACHE or Equivalent)
Prior experience working in a Nursery setting
A genuine passion for early years education and child development
Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
