We're looking for a Registered Branch Manager to lead a busy, 'Good' rated and well-established domiciliary care service delivering over 3,000 hours per week in Leeds. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility, performance and making a real impact in people's lives.

🧩 What you'll be responsible for:

Leading and developing a dedicated care and office team

*

Ensuring safe, effective and compliant care delivery at scale

*

Driving branch growth, quality and profitability

*

Managing recruitment, training and team culture

*

Ensuring all CQC standards are exceeded

✅ Ideal candidate profile:

*

Experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary/home care

*

Proven ability to manage high-volume care hours

*

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care

*

Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills

*

Excellent communication, organisation and people development abilities
