Join a specialist fire and safety consultancy delivering fire risk assessments across commercial, residential, and mixed‑use properties.

This is a site‑based role carrying out fire risk assessments in line with BAFE SP205 and current UKfire safety legislation, producing clear, auditable reports and supporting quality and compliance standards.

The Role

Carry out fire risk assessments in accordance with BAFE SP205 and UK fire safety legislation
Inspect sites, identify fire hazards, and assess existing fire safety measures
Produce high‑quality, auditable fire risk assessment reports
Support internal QA, peer reviews, and technical review processes
Act as Lead Fire Risk Assessor where competence allows
About You

Experience completing fire risk assessments in non‑domestic and/or residential buildings
Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation
NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate (or equivalent)
Level 3+ Fire Risk Assessment qualification
Registered or eligible for registration on an SP205‑recognised scheme (IFE, IFSM, FRACS)
Full UK driving licence or ability to travel independently
Desirable

Experience within a BAFE SP205‑certified organisation
Higher‑risk residential or complex mixed‑use buildings experience
