Leading the full set-up and registration of a brand-new domiciliary branch
Building and managing a care team from scratch
Developing strong links with commissioners, referrers, and clients

Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulationsYou'll Need:

Previous experience managing or deputising in a domiciliary care setting
Strong operational and leadership skills
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
A sharp commercial eye and a passion for quality care
