Counterbalance Driver/Warehouse Operative
£12.50 to start with and this will increase once permanent.

Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm

We are currently recruiting for one of our clients who are about to hit their busy period. They are looking for a candidate who has impeccable attention to detail and a background in warehousing. Working as a warehouse operative and using the counterbalance to support the team.

Duties for the warehouse operative/counterbalance driver:

* Picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency

*

Relabelling and distributing goods across departments

*

Safely operating step ladders for stock management tasks

*

Collaborating with three other drivers to ensure smooth logistics flow

*

Operating a counterbalance forklift (1-2 hours daily) - external and in-house licenses accepted (experience required)

*

Performing heavy lifting as part of daily warehouse operations

*

Supporting cross-training initiatives to develop multi-skilled team members

*

Assisting in production as needed to maintain workflow
