TeamJobs are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive / Office Manager for our client based in Poole, Dorset.
- £28,000 DOE
- Permanent - Full Time - Monday to Friday
- 22 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays)
- Summertime leave early on Fridays
- Clothing allowance £1,000
- Fun Days - including sailing, paddleboarding afternoons, BBQ's and Team Birthday lunches
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Working closely with external B2B customers, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently.
- Supporting queries with faulty garments and proposing satisfactory outcomes for both the client
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer engagement.
- Maintain and update CRM system.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the running of the office and operations.
- Manage schedules and coordinating internal meetings.
- Managing office supplies
- Managing team events e.g. Christmas Parties, Birthdays etc.
What we require from you:
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience working with Sage 200
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Experience working with MS office Suite
