TeamJobs are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive / Office Manager for our client based in Poole, Dorset.

  • £28,000 DOE
  • Permanent - Full Time - Monday to Friday
  • 22 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays)
  • Summertime leave early on Fridays
  • Clothing allowance £1,000
  • Fun Days - including sailing, paddleboarding afternoons, BBQ's and Team Birthday lunches

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with external B2B customers, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently.
  • Supporting queries with faulty garments and proposing satisfactory outcomes for both the client
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer engagement.
  • Maintain and update CRM system.

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the running of the office and operations.
  • Manage schedules and coordinating internal meetings.
  • Managing office supplies
  • Managing team events e.g. Christmas Parties, Birthdays etc.

What we require from you:

  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience working with Sage 200
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Experience working with MS office Suite
