Role Details for the Learning Support Assistant:

Pay: £82.14-£100 per day

Start: Immediate

Location: Edmonton, Southgate, Palmers Green

Contract: Full-time, term time only

What the Learning Support Assistant Will Do:

Support pupils with SEN in-class, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs

Help teachers deliver differentiated activities and learning interventions

Provide calm, structured, and encouraging support across the school day

Assist with behaviour support strategies when needed

Build strong relationships with pupils to help them gain confidence

What We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role

A nurturing, patient and proactive approach

Excellent communication skills

Ability to support pupils across different year groups

Interest in SEN and supporting children with additional needs
