Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + car allowance + full package

The business delivers large-scale new build commercial and industrial projects, typically £40m-£80m, with schemes up to £150m. Quantity Surveyor - The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will join an established commercial team delivering major new build projects from pre-construction through to final account. This is a proper Quantity Surveyor role with real responsibility, structure, and support.

Key responsibilities

* Commercial management as Quantity Surveyor on new build projects

* Procurement and management of subcontract packages

* Valuations, variations, and cost reporting

* Supporting site and project teams commercially

* Final accounts and commercial close-out

Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor

* New build experience essential (commercial / industrial preferred)

* Experience working on medium to large-scale projects

* Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
