Red is excited to be recruiting for full-time Customer Service Advisors. This role is based in Bicester, very close to the shopping village. This is a really rewarding role which is working in critical services helping customers with urgent assistance. The job requires an empathetic person with a natural desire to work with customers. You will be fully trained with an excellent training team.

Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

Salary: £21,730 per annum + unsociable hour's bonus (annual salary approximately £25,000)
Hours: 40 hours per week, various shift patterns, must be available to work unsocial hours (rota will be given from 7 weeks in advance)
Part-time hours are available
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Bicester
£200 bonus will be paid once you successfully complete the 3-week initial classroom training
£300 bonus will be paid when you've been successfully signed off after your coaching and mentoring period
£700 bonus will be paid when you've completed your probationary periodKey Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

Prioritising emergency, urgent and routine calls to facilitate the appropriate and timely dispatch of resources
Liaising with the police, fire service and ambulance personnel to ensure the safety of staff and members of the public at the scene of an incident
Providing all callers with appropriate pre-arrival instructions
Supporting and assisting the Emergency Dispatchers to utilise the emergency vehicles responding to emergency and urgent incidents
Responding to life threatening conditionsKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

You must be extremely empathetic due to the nature of the role
Experience working within a customer services environment
Strong communication skills and experience of using a telephone in a work environment
Experience using computerised systems
GCSE grades 4-9 or equivalent in Maths and English
