Key Responsibilities

As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving new business and strengthening client partnerships:

Develop new accounts and manage key client relationships to maximise revenue
Execute proactive sales activity through meetings, presentations, and site visits
Work closely with marketing, events, and global sales teams to implement MICE Business Development strategies
Lead and mentor junior members of the sales team
Maintain accurate records within Opera Sales & Catering and ensure clear communication across departments
Attend trade shows, familiarisation trips, and industry events to generate business opportunitiesWhat we're looking for

Proven experience within luxury hotels or premium venues
Strong background in MICE Business Development or Event & Conference Sales
