• Providing service excellence and motivating the team in achieving sales targets.

• Analyse individual KPIs to support the sales team in order to achieve the objectives set.

Requirements:

• Strong luxury management background with a turnover of 55 Million+
• A strong communicator and team leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• A true leader, well spoken and an ambassador to the brand.
