Governors of Grangetown Primary School are seeking to appoint a Headteacher who:

• has proven leadership and management skills that will ensure the continued development of high-quality educational provision.

• is able to motivate staff to secure continued staff development and innovative teaching and learning.
• has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Curriculum for Wales and Additional Learning Needs provision.
• is approachable and is able to inspire all members of the school community.
• is able to work with focus and commitment to maintain and further develop partnerships with other schools, parents and the wider community.
