Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Fabricators who can thrive in a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaboration across all areas of the business is essential to ensure we consistently meet our customers' high expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate bespoke items from engineering drawings, working to specified tolerances, procedures, and client specifications.

*

Operate with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to the wider fabrication team.

*

Proficiently use fabrication machinery, including press brake, guillotine, and powered rolls.

*

Apply knowledge of various weld processes and preparations, with a requirement to achieve basic TIG fillet coding for tack weld purposes.

*

Work with a range of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.

*

Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship in all fabrication tasks.

*

Undertake additional training as required to meet project needs.

Skills & Experience

*

Demonstrated fabrication experience in a workshop environment.

*

Ability to interpret and work accurately from engineering drawings.

*

Competence in using fabrication tools and machinery safely and effectively.

*

Understanding of different welding techniques and material handling.

*

Flexibility to adapt to varying project requirements.
