We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our dynamic team at a leading college in Lancashire. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience and a passion for developing others, with full support provided to gain a teaching qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery and ongoing development of the Motor Vehicle curriculum.
Assist in teaching across programmes from Entry Level through to Level 3.
Work alongside experienced lecturers to develop your teaching practice.
Help build strong employer relationships and support opportunities such as industry placements.
Plan and prepare engaging, high-quality learning activities with guidance from your Line Manager and colleagues.
Contribute to the creation and sharing of learning resources across the department.
Build effective links within the College to enhance the learner experience.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle (essential)
Experience working with apprentices
Passion for education and developing future talent
Strong communication and organisational skills
