Hays, the largest education recruiter in the area, is looking for dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs in primary settings.
General duties include:

Providing tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN
Assisting with personalised learning activities
Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Helping track progress and providing feedback
Experience working with children with complex SEN- A calm, patient, and flexible approach to support.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and making a difference.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support are beneficial but not essential.
