You'll be part of a caring team that works tirelessly to remove barriers to learning for pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties (BESD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and other special educational needs.

Your Role:

As a Behaviour Specialist, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with challenging behaviours
• Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, and teaching staff to implement tailored

behaviour plans

• Use de-escalation techniques and promote positive behavioural strategies
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment
• Support pupils across Primary, KS3, KS4, and Post-16 settings
• This is a full-time temporary position with the potential for long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with pupils with behavioural needs is essential
• Strong communication skills and a calm, compassionate approach
• A team player with a genuine commitment to inclusion and pupil development
• Team Teach or other de-escalation training is a plus (but not essential - we can provide this!)
