Role Overview

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be mentored by an experienced QS and be involved in the full commercial lifecycle of nationwide fit-out projects. The aim is to develop you into an Assistant QS within 12-18 months, followed by full Quantity Surveyor responsibilities thereafter.

This is a progressive, career-building role where your development is mapped out from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing cost plans, tender returns, and valuations
Work closely with site and commercial teams to monitor budgets and progress
Help manage variations, interim applications, and final accounts
Support procurement of subcontractors and materials
Attend project meetings nationwide alongside your mentor
Gradually take on increased responsibility as you grow into an Assistant QS role

What We're Looking For

Recently graduated (or graduating in 2025) with a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
A confident communicator with good numerical and commercial awareness
Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally stay overnight
Ambition to grow into a fully-fledged Quantity Surveyor within a few years
Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and commitment to personal development
Full UK driving licence or working towards it
