HR Advisor

£32,000 12-Month Fixed Term 3 Days On-Site (Eastleigh)

Are you an experienced HR professional ready for your next challenge? We're excited to be supporting our client in recruiting a talented HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience to join their high-performing HR Business Partnering team.

In this dynamic and varied role, you'll be the go-to contact for managers across the business providing high-quality advice, early-stage ER case support, and ensuring a seamless, customer-focused HR service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

HR Advisor - About the role

Acting as a key point of contact for managers across the organisation
Supporting the early stages of employee relations cases, ensuring accurate and timely guidance
Participating in sickness absence reviews and providing professional note-taking support for formal meetings
Working collaboratively with stakeholders to provide day-to-day HR advice and identify development or training needs
Delivering accurate statistical reports and data to support HRBPs
Contributing to our client's mission of creating a great place to workHR Advisor - About you

Proven HR experience with strong employee relations exposure
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
A proactive approach, with enthusiasm and a true can-do attitude
Strong administration, analytical, and organisational skills
Someone who goes the extra mile and enjoys being part of a supportive, high-performing teamThis role requires 3 days a week on-site at the Eastleigh office, with flexibility for remote working on other days.
