Are you looking for a flexible role in education?We’re recruiting Cover Supervisors to join our growing bank of staff for a large Multi-Academy Trust based in Solihull.

This is an excellent opportunity for:

• Experienced Cover Supervisors

• Graduates interested in a career in teaching

• Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. sports coaches, youth workers, tutors)

Role Overview:

• Supervise whole classes during short-term absence of teachers

• Ensure students remain on task with pre-set work

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Provide a positive, safe learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or other)

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Flexible and reliable attitude

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
