1:1 Teaching Assistant - Cannock

We are seeking a dedicated and caring 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a busy, thriving primary school in a small village on the outskirts of Cannock. Required ASAP on a temporary basis.

This opportunity is great for somebody who is seeking a rewarding role supporting a child in Nursery. The school benefits from strong parental support and a positive, collaborative staff team in which you will be working closely alongside

The role includes:

Providing 1:1 teaching assistant support for a pupil with speech, language and communication difficulties.
Assisting class teacher in adapting classroom activities and resources to meet the pupil's needs.
The ability to create and foster an inclusive, safe and warm learning environment.
Work alongside teachers, SENCo, and external professionals.
Support the pupil's social, emotional, and academic development. We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working in Nursery (1:1 experience desirable)
Is patient, caring, and reliable
Enhanced DBS
Available to start ASAP
Able to commute to Cannock
Is able to follow guidance and adapt support to individual needs
Fully registered to work for AcademicsPay: £90 - £100 a day (dependent upon experience). Holiday pay is included on day rate.
