Must Have's:

* A marketing related degree and some hands on experience, whether through freelance work, side projects or internships

* OR previous commercial experience in a marketing role

* A self-starter mindset, you'll be the go to for all things marketing. So confidence and initiative are key.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* A keen eye for design and detail, and experience with digital tools/platforms.

Nice to Have's:

* Experience in the food sector or product-based marketing

* Website content management and social media strategy skills

* Familiarity with AI tools or digital trends that can enhance business operations

So, what will you be doing?

* Managing and updating websites across the group

* Creating marketing assets such as product sheets and newsletters

* Building and sharing market reports to support business strategy

* Leading LinkedIn content and communications

* Researching trade shows and supporting lead generation

* Processing orders and providing internal sales support

* Collaborating with all areas of the business — you'll quickly become a key point of contact
