CNC Machining Experience Essential

We're working with a high-performance manufacturing business that designs and delivers advanced components for some of the world's most demanding industries - Aerospace, Automotive, Defence and F1.

As Production Operations Manager, you'll take the reins of a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. You'll be responsible for leading production teams, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring delivery of world-class quality.

What You'll Do:

Lead day-to-day production across a modern CNC machining facility.

Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Ensure OTIF delivery to Tier 1 & OEM customers.

Manage people, processes and performance to achieve outstanding results.

Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Commercial teams to maintain customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in CNC machining operations.

Strong leadership in a precision engineering/manufacturing environment.

Track record of improving production output and quality.

A passion for high-performance engineering and a hands-on approach.

Experience in aerospace, defence, automotive or motorsport sectors a strong advantage.
