Job Role: Recruitment Consultant
Reports to: Account Manager
Location: Tesco Widnes On-Site / Wigan (WN3 6PS)
Introduction & Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant looking to take their next step and join the team at CTRG Limited. CTRG Limited is a privately owned specialist logistics UK company that has a portfolio of complementary businesses.
It will be your responsibility to manage the complete candidate experience from induction through to shift allocation, making sure we retain our quality staff. Above all, you'll need to make sure the client's needs are always met.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of all drivers.
- Be on site to speak with drivers and delivery team staff.
- Ensure candidates are fully compliant and site protocols are met.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the Area Manager.
- Act in a calm, professional and proactive manner at all times.
- Be upbeat, proactive and positive, with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
- Willingness to work extended or unsociable hours during peak periods.
- Ability to manage a team
- Conducting bench marking / Rate surveys on geographical areas
- Building relationships with current clients outside of XPO Widnes
- Manage & planning further traction contracts (Peak periods)
- Up-selling with current clients - Logistics Offering/ CPC Training/ Other avenues of revenue generation
- Market analysis and understanding what is required to gain sales leads info
- Weekly spot checks & identifying potential solutions to improve
- Understanding of advertising costs and impact on bottom line budget
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Min 1 + years' experience in management.
- Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven.
- Knowledge of driver's hours and regulations
- Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
- Formal training development.
- Joining a large successful business with a great platform.
- Career progression and high level of autonomy offered
