• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Manage and negotiate client budgets throughout the month.

• Proven work experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Effective communication skills with all levels of external and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse campaign data and spot trends.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both within a team and independently.
