Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Full Time
Location: Wilmslow
Hours: Flexible between Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Contract: Full Time | Part Time
Premier Education Ltd are currently working in partnership with a number of local nurseries and pre-schools in the Wilmslow area who are seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join them on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and nurturing practitioner to support children within early years settings, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
The role offers the opportunity to work across different nursery and pre-school environments, or within a consistent placement, depending on your preference and availability.
Responsibilities- Support the development of children within the nursery/EYFS setting
- Deliver and assist with play-based learning activities in line with EYFS
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Support children with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care
- Work collaboratively with nursery staff and early years teams
- Observe, assess, and support children's learning and development
Requirements- Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
- Experience working within a nursery or pre-school setting
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (required unless qualified prior to 2016)
- Ability to work 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide two references covering the last two years of employment history
- An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
Pay£14.24-£15 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
