We are seeking a professional and proactive Rural Land Manager to join a respected and well-established rural property and land management team in East Anglia.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong rural practice experience, ideally RICS and/or CAAV qualified, who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.

The Role

As a Rural Land Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality land and estate management services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Your work will be varied and rewarding, covering a wide range of rural asset management, valuation, landlord and tenant matters, and agricultural consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

Management of rural estates, farms and landholdings

*

Supporting clients with agricultural, environmental and diversification projects

*

Handling landlord and tenant matters, including agreements and tenancies

*

Assisting with valuations, professional reports and compliance work

*

Providing clear, practical advice to farmers, landowners and rural businesses

*

Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues

Requirements

*

RICS and/or CAAV qualification (or working towards)

*

Experience in rural land or estate management

*

Strong understanding of agricultural and rural sector issues

*

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

*

Full UK driving licence
