As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:

• Create inspiring, fun, and engaging learning experiences
• Support children’s development in line with the EYFS
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Observe, assess and celebrate progress
• Promote safeguarding and children’s welfare at all times
• Be part of a positive, energetic team
• Get messy. Very messy. (Glitter is forever.)

• Full & Relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures
• A warm, nurturing approach
• A good sense of humour (essential!)
• Passion for making a difference

Experience with SEND is welcomed and celebrated
