We are a fast growing company, and we are currently seeking for a hardworking individual for a OFFICE assistant/Data entry position. MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH)!

Applicants for office assistant position Must be able to MULTITASK, FAST PACED, organized, on time and have either a GED or HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. QuickBook knowledge is a PLUS. Also, please DO NOT attach the resume, simple copy and PASTE it into the body of the email. Attachments WILL NOT be opened.

YOU MUST:
Have a GED or HS Diploma
Organize and On TIME
Able to FOLLOW DIRECTIONS
Great Speller.

Familiar with Word/Excel
Bilingual (English/Spanish) THIS IS A PLUS
Work WELL under Pressure
Able to MULTITASK

If you have Office background, you will be prioritized

OFFICE Duties include:
Data entry
Answering phones
filing away files
cleaning
Emailing
Providing Customer service
Organizing files, filing
All and other Office standard duties.
