We're recruiting for an experienced On-Site Sales Advisor to join a reputable residential developer in West London. If you've got a passion for new homes and the drive to earn seriously well, this is a role well worth exploring.

The Role
Based on-site at an exciting new homes development, you'll be guiding buyers through the full purchase journey - from first enquiry and viewings through to reservation and exchange. You'll be the face of the development, delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving your sales targets.

The Package
* Up to £35,000 basic salary
* OTE £55,000-£60,000+
* Reputable, established developer
* A quality product in a great London location

What We're Looking For
* New homes experience is preferred - whether gained with a developer, housebuilder or within a new homes department
* Experienced estate agents will also be considered - if you're ready to make the move into new homes, this could be the perfect opportunity
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven and confident building rapport with a wide range of buyers
* Full UK driving licence
