A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their Commercial team based in Fife. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in housebuilding, strong sub-contractor procurement knowledge, and COINS system experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement of materials and sub-contractor services

Ensure timely, cost-effective supply to multiple live sites

Build strong supplier and sub-contractor relationships

Collaborate with internal teams to support build programmes

Use COINS for ordering, reporting, and budget tracking

What We're Looking For:

Buyer experience within a housebuilder or residential construction setting

Proven track record in sub-contractor procurement

Proficiency in COINS

Strong negotiation and organisational skills

A proactive and commercially focused mindset
