Job Title: Data Analyst, up to £40k + bonus/benefits

Location: Gillingham (3 days per week in office)

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to enhance business performance through data-driven insights. You'll develop dashboards, analyse key trends, and support strategic decisions by ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse operational and service data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn data into clear business actions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and identify areas for improvement.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
• Advanced Power BI and strong SQL skills.
• High proficiency in Excel; Python knowledge a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing large datasets.
