Medical System Co-ordinator

Location: Prestatyn, North WalesHours: Part Time. 22.5 hours Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Medical Systems Co-ordinator to join our busy, administrative and projects team based in Prestatyn, North Wales.

This is a really interesting role and you will support facility requirements for the Primary Care Division, as part of the Team who are responsible for managing key functional tools (Meddbase, Patient portal, OH portal, Placement system and Intranet system called CIDER) and support services to enable delivery of Primary Care services.

What you’ll do:

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously across the business, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders in regular meetings
  • Support corporate client service on-boarding for new service contracts as directed by the Medical Systems Implementation and Projects Manager
  • Act as an intermediary between internal departments and corporate clients to evaluate service needs
  • Work with business depts. on new products and offer input on how to incorporate in to systems and processes.
  • Responsibility for creating or amending existing charge bands, modules and appointment types and to add new clients to the system.
  • Actively share ideas with colleagues to help increase the overall success of the business
  • Monitor the Implementation email inbox

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a similar role, involved in administration, systems and projects.
  • Knowledge of the Primary Care systems.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure using your own initiative.
  • Excellent IT, analytical skills, problem solving and solution finding skills.
  • Great team player.
  • Confident communicator, able to relay information commercially.
