Are you a Senior Credit Controller looking for the next step in your career? Or a Credit Control Supervisor looking for your next challenge in a growing business?

We are working with a rapidly growing team who are looking for someone to join them as a Credit Control Supervisor, working closely with the Credit Control Manager.

This role is supervising a team of 6 people, ensuring you are there to support, train and mentor them, as well as work delegation. In this role your team will be managing a busy ledger as well as supporting in the management of the cash collection.

Day to day may include:

  • Proactively managing overdue invoices
  • Contacting customers both over the phone and email
  • Raising and dealing with escalations as required
  • Allocation of monies received
  • Producing statements
  • Reporting and analysis of outstanding debt
  • Day to day management of the teams including training, support, and work delegation

You will be working in a well-established team with excellent longevity and stability, based within newly renovated offices and be given excellent training and support.

This role gives you the opportunity to work in a busy and fast paced role with brilliant exposure. In time you will be given more responsibility / progression and learning opportunities.

We are ideally looking for someone with strong prior experience in a busy Credit Control role with experience in supervising junior team members.
