Apprenticeship Teacher Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship Teacher to join our clients educational team in West London. This role involves teaching Level 5 Teacher Apprentices who are in their first year of the course. Currently, there are four students enrolled. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to shape the future of aspiring educators.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct teaching sessions every Thursday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
• Prepare and deliver educational content tailored to Level 5 Teacher Apprentices.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each apprentice, providing feedback and support to facilitate their development.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of apprentices.
• Maintain records of apprentices' attendance, assessments, and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in teaching or a similar educational role.
• Strong understanding of the curriculum and standards for Teacher Apprenticeships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
