Join our team at FE College as a Business Lecturer, where you will have the opportunity to teach across a variety of business courses. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about business education and professional development, with a focus on BTEC programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, including BTEC First, National and Higher National Diplomas, Access to HE, and T Levels.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions across a range of business courses.
• Focus on BTEC programmes Level 1 to Level 3, including detailed preparation and delivery of course material.
• Motivate and inspire learners of all ages to excel in their studies.
• Participate in the development and planning of courses and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and curriculum offerings.
• Support students in achieving their educational and career goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Business or a related area.
• Successful experience of delivering BTEC programmes Level 1 - 3.
• Strong ability to engage and motivate learners of all ages.
• Excellent team player with robust communication and IT skills.
• Teaching qualification is advantageous, though not required initially as support will be provided to achieve the Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector.
