We are looking for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for:

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on M&E building services and equipment.

* Ensure safe operation and repair of site equipment alongside the local team.

* Support energy-saving initiatives and promote efficient energy use.

* Maintain plant and systems for optimal performance per company standards.

* Participate in out-of-hours/reactive maintenance rota, including weekends as needed.

* Identify, report, and resolve equipment faults promptly.

* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and site-specific policies.

* Complete maintenance tasks within agreed timeframes.

* Keep accurate, high-quality records and digital updates.

* Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.

* Show initiative, ownership, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

* Actively seek learning and development opportunities.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role you must have:

* 18th Edition.

* NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or City & Guilds #removed#.

* Strong understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) regulations and ability to report/escalate issues.

* Proactive attitude with ability to complete tasks professionally and timely.

* Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse faults and take relevant corrective action.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Willingness to participate in out-of-hours reactive maintenance rota.

* Commitment to energy saving practices and promoting efficient use of resources.
