Centre Manager

We are recruiting for a Centre Manager for our client based in Warrington, Cheshire.

THE ROLE:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the fast-fit centre

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians and front-of-house staff

* Ensure all vehicle servicing, repairs, and tyre fitting are completed efficiently and to a high standard

* Drive centre performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals

* Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer queries or escalations professionally

* Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance, and centre presentation

* Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage inventory effectively

* Ensure all work is carried out in line with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Proven experience in a management role within the fast-fit, automotive, or motor trade industry

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets and KPIs

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

* Good technical understanding of vehicle maintenance, tyres, and servicing

* Full UK driving licence

THE HOURS:

This is a Perm position.

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am - 1pm - Alternating.

THE PAY:

You will earn an annual rate between £38k - £42k per annum.
