REED in Teesside are looking for somebody who enjoys conducting online market research and compiling reports using Excel. You will be customer focused, a real problem solver and you will be dealing with UK based clients. 

Working Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:00 with 22 days holidays plus bank holidays. 

This role is like no other!! This role is office based with free onsite parking; client based in Teesside!

If you are fluent in English, have an analytical flare who enjoys market research online and analysis of industry sectors with commercial acumen then I want to hear from you! The role is to start in February 2023. 

You will have responsibility for:
• Researching markets, and identifying the companies and trends within industries
• Maximising revenue growth and customer satisfaction through editing activity
• Completing the editing of industry titles against agreed quality standards
• Working in conjunction with the Global Insights Team to analyse region-specific data sets
• Taking ownership for customer enquiries/interactions with your second or native language; responding within agreed timeframes, and resolving any issues/complaints at the earliest opportunity

You will have:
• Excellent written and spoken level in English 
• Attention to detail at all times
• Ability to take initiative to solve problems and take responsibility for own workload
• Initiative to work independently and as part of a team
• Good IT skills and working knowledge of Excel
• Previous experience gained within a B2B sector would be beneficial
