We are looking for a motivated Estate Services Manager to oversee building services and maintenance across multiple sites in South West London. This is a hands-on management role with responsibility for 12 cleaners and 1 caretaker, covering both mobile and static teams.

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate cleaning teams across multiple sites
• Oversee day-to-day building maintenance and service operations
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
• Schedule mobile and static staff effectively
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and service records
• Report to senior management on performance and operational matters

• Full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Proven experience managing cleaning or estate services teams
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Comfortable working on-site across South West London
