Are you a nurturing and skilled Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years education and experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs? GSL Education is proud to be partnering with a large and inclusive primary school in West Hull as they develop an exciting new EYFS/SEN provision for their youngest learners.

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the team full-time from September on a fixed-term contract for the 2025/26 academic year. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a developing, child-centred setting where your contribution will have a lasting impact on both the provision and the children within it.

Your Role:

Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement targeted interventions and personalised learning plans.

Support the emotional, social, and academic development of children with a range of SEN needs.

Encourage positive interactions, independence, and engagement in learning through a play-based, nurturing approach.

Monitor progress and contribute to regular reviews and planning meetings for children receiving additional support.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A Level 2 (or higher) Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
