Saas Sales Representative

Job Description

The SaaS Sales Representative is responsible for prospect research and outbound new prospect engagement. This includes getting new leads excited about the Insellerate platform and moving them down the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities include:
Initiate outbound calls to prospects as the first point of contact for Insellerate

Educate prospects on the Insellerate platform for mortgage organizations

Use LinkedIn and other social media outlets to find decisions makers and contacts at organizations

Cold call organizations to identify the decisions makers

Complete thorough prospect profile via research and calls

Work booth at trade shows, events and conferences and relevant events (requires travel)

Ensuring timely follow thru on warm leads from marketing

Work closely with and provide qualified leads to the sales team members

Create energy and positivity with the sales team

Understand Insellerate’s products to better provide solutions that meet customer’s needs

Interacting with customers through email and phone - 100+ activities daily

Effectively managing opportunity pipeline and developing a strategy for long-term sustained success

Consistently hitting and exceeding monthly/weekly objectives (demonstrations, conversations, opportunities created/accepted, and activity)

Constantly working to further develop sales acumen and product knowledge

Testing messaging for optimal success

Can demonstrate why role makes sense at this point in your professional journey and aligns with your longer term objectives
Comfortable working in an open sales floor and making an impact for yourself and those around you
Comfortable crafting relevant engaging prospecting messaging
Track-record of success at previous sales jobs and in college/high school (includes sports related achievements)
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Position located in Costa Mesa, CA
Must be eligible to work in the USA

Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Understand the different drivers by role and adapt sales pitch/conversation to match their needs. Positive outlook and attitude
Previous exposure to CRM, Mortgage, or SaaS a positive
A team player with an exceptional work ethic, drive to learn
You take pride in your work, but don’t take yourself too seriously. Rejection is a part of this job. You have thick skin.
