💰 Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
* Lead engineering projects, offering expert guidance and sustainable design solutions.
* Conduct audits, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
* Support bids and review tenders to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
* Manage design subcontracts and deliver detailed electrical designs.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous operational improvement.
* Ensure compliance with design standards and CDM 2015 responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
* Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership.
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
* Proven experience as a Principal Electrical Engineer across multiple sectors.
* Strong knowledge of regulated construction projects and full project lifecycle.
* Proficient in British Standards, CDM 2015, and LV/HV systems.
* Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, DIALux, SKM, and digital engineering tools.
* Experience in hazardous area design and quality assurance.
* Passionate about mentoring and driving efficiency.
