As our Retail Manager at East Riddlesden Hall, you’ll play an important part in helping people enjoy their day. And you’ll be generating crucial funds for the National Trust to invest in protecting and caring for places, so people and nature can thrive. Hours: 975 hours a year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
Average of 18.75 hours per week, varying throughout the year, with a usual working pattern of 9:30am - 5:30pm.
Salary: £13,396.50 per annum/ £13.74 an hour

What it's like to work here
Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll be leading a small team of 1 retail assistant and 4 retail volunteers. You'll be part of the leadership team at East Riddlesden Hall, and will work closely with the General Manager and the wider team, actively involved in making decisions that affect the whole place.
