What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take the lead on client-facing work and support the wider team. That includes:
  • Preparing statutory accounts with accuracy and full compliance
  • Managing client relationships as a trusted adviser, offering tailored financial insight
  • Reviewing work, mentoring juniors, and supporting their development
  • Producing management accounts that help clients make better business decisions
  • Providing tax advice to individuals and corporates with a practical, solutions-first approach
  • Contributing to long-term strategies for clients' financial success
What They’re Looking For
  • ACCA or ACA qualified, with at least 4 years in practice
  • Strong technical grounding in accounts, tax, and advisory
  • Confident communicator who builds trust with clients and peers
  • Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and commercially aware—you spot risks and opportunities early
