Are you a confident and driven sales professional with experience in the construction industry? We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading supplier of Steel Framing Systems (SFS) who are looking to expand their commercial reach by hiring a dynamic Sales Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a high-quality product range and work directly with contractors, developers, and end-users across the UK.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell SFS products to end-users within the construction sector

  • Develop and manage new business relationships while maintaining existing client accounts

  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and product presentations

  • Understand client requirements and provide technical advice or support where required (training will be provided)

  • Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, design, and operations) to support the sales process

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and prepare regular activity and pipeline reports

  • Attend relevant industry events and networking opportunities to build the company's market presence


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within construction or building products

  • Knowledge of SFS, light gauge steel, or related building envelope systems highly desirable

  • Proven ability to identify leads, close deals, and manage a full sales cycle

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong commercial awareness and customer service orientation

  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and site visits

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a long-term career in technical sales
