A successful Cambridge-based technology company are seeking a Finance Manager to join its team, this role offers remote working and can be on a part time or full time basis. This role will be on a temporary to permanent basis so you must be available to start ideally within the coming weeks. 

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in financial management, ensuring accurate reporting, overseeing payroll, and driving efficiency in financial processes.

The key responsibilities are as follows - 

Management accounts - preparation of reports, budgeting, and cash forecasting
Revenue recognition - ensuring compliance with financial standards
VAT & tax returns - UK and overseas compliance
Payroll oversight & ledger management - ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Audit preparation - supporting external audits and multi-currency reconciliations
Process improvement - identifying efficiencies and adding value to the finance functionThe ideal candidate will be CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified (or equivalent), though strong candidates with relevant experience will also be considered. A proactive approach to financial management and a drive to enhance processes will be key to success in this role.
