Overview

A leading firm of Corporate Insolvency Practitioners based in Warrington is seeking a Trainee Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join its established and growing team. This opportunity is ideally suited to a candidate currently working within the volume IVA market who is looking to make a long-term move into corporate insolvency and develop a career within a highly regarded practice.

You will receive structured training, hands-on exposure to corporate insolvency cases, and full support from experienced Insolvency Practitioners and senior case managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the administration of corporate insolvency cases including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and compulsory liquidations
• Supporting senior case managers and Insolvency Practitioners throughout the lifecycle of appointments
• Preparing statutory documentation, reports to creditors, and correspondence
• Carrying out investigations, case reviews, and asset realisation support
• Maintaining accurate case files in line with SIPs and regulatory requirements
• Liaising with Directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
• Managing case diaries and ensuring statutory deadlines are met

Candidate Profile

• Currently working as an Insolvency Administrator within the IVA or personal insolvency marketplace
• Strong desire to transition into corporate insolvency and build a long-term career in the sector
• Good understanding of insolvency processes and compliance requirements
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional and empathetic approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Desirable (but not essential)

• Exposure to corporate insolvency cases
• Studying or willing to study towards CPI or other insolvency qualifications
