We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-focused CNC Brake Press Operator to join our busy manufacturing team. With your 2-3 years' experience and ability to interpret engineering drawings, you'll be crafting top-quality stainless steel panels that meet the highest standards — and you'll be supported every step of the way with expert training and development opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:
Programming and running our CNC brake press to produce stainless steel components up to 3mm thick with precision

Working independently from engineering drawings to deliver flawless results every time

Operating complementary machinery including guillotines, rollers, grinders, and drills safely and efficiently

Maintaining an impeccable standard of workmanship and quality control at all times

Championing continuous improvement, helping to reduce costs and speed up production without compromising quality

Keeping your workspace tidy and prioritising safety to create the best environment for you and your team

What You Need to Bring:
2-3 years' hands-on experience operating a brake press (CNC experience is a big plus!)

Strong ability to read and work from engineering drawings with confidence

A solid background in sheet metal fabrication and a keen eye for detail

A proactive attitude with a hunger to learn — we provide full training on our machines!

Bonus Points For:
Experience with Ermak CNC HAP 3160

Knowledge of Radan software

Previous work on CNC punch machines
