My Client is a well-established Brasserie nestled in the heart of Chelsea. With an extremely passionate Exec Chef who will not settle for anything less than the best from every aspect of the business, The restaurant has become a 'Must-Dine' venue for many.
Your new Role:
As Senior Sous you will be an integral component to the smooth running of the Kitchen. You will ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. As a senior Sous you will be hands on Chef, working in the thick of it during the service. You will report directly to the Head Chef and Exec chef and you will be a leader and mentor to junior members of staff.
Your Experience and requirements:
You will be a sous chef with at least 2 years prior experience, ideally you will come from an AA Rosette background or a high-end fine dining restaurant. You will have experience with serving volume and not compromising in standards. This is a hands-on roll so you will be willing to lead from the front. More than anything you will be an energetic person with a 'Can-do' attitude.
This is a perfect role for someone who is looking for progression, with a proven track record of internal progression my client is looking for a Senior Sous to develop and mould to progress in to the Head Chef position in time. Your future really is yours to carve.
